From Swiss Traditions to Saskatchewan Prairies
Maurice Koenig established Greenbrier Farms in 2021 on the shores of Lake Diefenbaker, near Lucky Lake, Saskatchewan. After relocating from Ontario in 2014, Maurice realized his dream of organic farming, following a specialized apprenticeship in Switzerland from 2015 to 2018. Today, his fully irrigated, certified organic farm is built on the principles of sustainability and harmony with nature, ensuring every harvest reflects his deep commitment to soil health and responsible land stewardship.
Fully Irrigated Systems
Located by Lake Diefenbaker, our Saskatchewan farm utilizes advanced irrigation to ensure consistent, high-quality organic growth even in the heart of the Prairies.
Swiss-Inspired Integrity
Following Maurice’s apprenticeship in Switzerland, we apply rigorous organic standards and responsible land stewardship to every acre we farm.
Certified Organic
We are certified organic, which means every field and crop is audited on a regular schedule. We follow strict rules on crop rotation, soil health, and natural pest control, and we never use synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or GMOs.
